Key differences
- Communication: Chainels is strong on timeline posts, newsletters, surveys, request forms and turnover reporting for retail tenants. Awaio runs news and events too, in the same app as desks, rooms, parking and lockers.
- Desks and floor plans: Chainels books desks through its GoBright integration, and floor plans and check-in aren’t in its public documentation. Awaio books desks and rooms on interactive floor plans and releases unused bookings.
- Doors and lockers: Chainels opens doors through partner smart locks such as SALTO KS and iLOQ, and runs lockers through partners. Awaio supplies its own locks and the Smart Access Box, so existing doors, gates and lockers can open with the phone.
- Pricing: Chainels doesn’t publish prices. Awaio is priced per resource, with unlimited users.
