The Awaio mobile app is available for iPhone and Android. Once installed, you can book resources, open smart lockers, confirm bookings, and navigate your office: all from your phone.
Download the app
- iPhone: Search for Awaio in the App Store, or ask your IT department for a direct link.
- Android: Search for Awaio in Google Play.
The app is free to install. Your access level is determined by the invitation or account your organization has set up for you.
Sign in
Open the app and choose your login method:
- Microsoft: sign in with your company Microsoft 365 account (requires IT to have approved the Awaio enterprise application)
- Google: sign in with your company Google Workspace account
- Email: sign in with the email address you were invited with and your password
If you are logging in for the first time and were invited by your organization, use the same email address the invitation was sent to.
Enable required permissions
When prompted, allow the following permissions so the app works correctly:
- Bluetooth: required to connect to and open smart lockers
- Notifications: required for booking reminders and check-in prompts
- Location (Android only): required by Android for Bluetooth device discovery. See: Samsung/Android phones can't connect to lockers
After sign-in
You will land on the home screen showing your upcoming bookings and quick-access keys. The map view shows your office floor plan with available resources highlighted. Tap any resource to book it.
