Happenings is a feature for discovering and joining social events and activities at your workplace: from weekly fika to after-work gatherings and special celebrations.
What is Happenings?
Happenings gives everyone in the organisation a single place to see upcoming events. Events can be free or include a price set by the organiser, and can recur on a schedule so you always see what's coming up.
How to attend an event
- Open the Awaio app on your phone or go to the web app.
- Find the Happenings section to see all upcoming events.
- Tap or click Attend on any event you want to join.
Once registered, the event is added to your bookings and synced to your integrated calendar automatically.
Event details
Each event can include:
- Date, time, and location address
- Organiser contact details
- Whether the event is free or has a cost
- Recurring occurrences for repeating events
