Parking spots in Awaio work just like any other bookable resource: you can reserve a specific spot for a day, a time slot, or a recurring schedule.
Book a parking spot
- Open the Awaio app or go to app.awaio.com.
- Navigate to Parking or search for parking resources in your location.
- Browse available spots. EV charging bays are tagged so you can filter for them specifically.
- Select your spot and choose your date and time.
- Tap or click Book to confirm.
Your booking appears immediately under your upcoming reservations. If your admin has set up parking confirmation, you will receive a check-in notification before your booking starts.
EV charging bays
EV charging spots are listed alongside regular parking but are tagged with a charging icon. Book them the same way: select the spot, choose your time, and confirm. Your organization may have rules limiting how long EV spots can be held so other drivers can charge too.
Recurring parking
If you drive to the office on the same days each week, you can create a recurring parking booking. This ensures your spot is reserved without having to book manually each time.
Confirmation & no-show
Many organizations require parking confirmation to prevent spots from being blocked by no-shows. If enabled, you must confirm your arrival before the booking window closes, or the spot is released for others.
