Yesterday, 21 October, we spent the day at Oslo Proptech Summit 2026 at Construction City in Oslo. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand, sat in on our session and asked the hard questions. We're heading home with full notebooks and a lot of follow-ups to book.
The day
Doors opened early and the atrium filled fast. Seven stages, an expo floor across several levels and the whole Nordic real estate and proptech scene under one roof. It's a building made for this kind of day: open floors, short walks between stages and plenty of places to stop and talk.
At the stand
Our stand was busy from the first coffee to the last. The smart locker demo was a natural place to start: open the app, tap, and the door opens. No keys, no cards. From there the conversations moved on to the bigger picture: desks, rooms, parking, lockers and door access, run in one system instead of five.
Thank you for the practical questions. How much of our office space is actually used? Where do we start if we only want to fix one thing first? How does it fit with the systems we already have? Those are exactly the questions we like to work through together.
On the Future of Work & Life stage
We were proud to join the Future of Work & Life stage as a program partner. The stage was hosted by OBOS and If. The theme: hybrid work is here to stay, and it is reshaping what we need from offices, homes and neighbourhoods.
Björn Kjellgren took the stage in Case Studies: What Will Buildings Do For Us? with Awaio: The building that adapts to how we use it. Our take: a building can only adapt to how people use it if you can see how it is used. Running booking, access and lockers in one system gives you that picture, and the data to act on it.
After hours
When the stages went quiet, the conversations kept going. Thanks to everyone we talked to at the mingle after the program. A great way to round off the day.
