The event
Fastighetsmässan is the meeting place for people who manage and develop existing properties: property owners, property managers, facility managers and the consultants who work with them. Two days, one hall, and a lot of conversations about how to get more out of the buildings you already have.

- Smart lockers: digital locks for cabinets, storage and changing rooms. No keys to hand out, no plastic cards to replace.
- Retrofit: we fit our locks to the cabinets you already have, so you don't have to buy new furniture to go digital.
- Shared services in the building: parcel and delivery lockers, towel service, grab wardrobes and e-bike battery charging, all booked and opened from the same app.
- Parking: spaces, EV charging and a parking barrier you open with your phone.
- Room and desk booking: meeting rooms, desks and office maps for tenants, with real-time availability on mobile and web.
- Usage data: see how lockers, rooms, desks and parking are actually used, across one building or a whole portfolio.
