The kiosk screen
A lobby kiosk answers one question: where do I need to go? It's expensive to install, needs a power and network run to a spot that was never wired for it, and shows the same static map to everyone regardless of what they're actually looking for.
A phone already knows who's visiting, who they're meeting, and where that person sits. Awaio's wayfinding puts the office map directly in the app, so it walks someone straight to the right desk or room and updates the moment a booking changes.

The keycard or tag
Lockers and cabinets get sold with a keycard or RFID tag as if that were the modern option. In practice it's the same failure mode as a physical key: cards get lost, tags get shared, and someone in facilities ends up managing a spreadsheet of who has which card.

Sensors get miscounted by bags left on chairs, drift out of calibration, and add a hardware layer just to guess at something a booking and a check-in already confirm.
