Science Park Jönköping consists of two properties: Science Park Towers and Science Park House.

"I spent a long time searching for a system that could manage over 500 people from more than 100 companies, ensuring smooth booking of shared meeting rooms, desks, and digital keys for lockers and storage. Awaio has a smart QR code solution outside the rooms, and we all have a screen in our pocket. Their app also provides a clear overview of all rooms, desks, and available lockers. Thanks for an efficient solution!"
The same setup covers charging lockers for e-bike batteries. Users find a free charging slot in the app, lock the battery in while it charges, and the locker is released again once it is opened.
The collaboration between Science Park Jönköping and Awaio is an excellent example of how digitalization can simplify and improve the daily operations for both tenants and property owners.
Awaio has enabled a smoother workday and better resource utilization with its digital platform, managing everything from meeting room and desk bookings to digital access for storage and lockers.
