Web App 1.11.0

Delivery support, QR scanning, and smarter series bookings

Awaio Web App 1.11.0 brings delivery bookings into the Today dashboard, adds QR and NFC scanning via Awaio App Link, and gives users full control over recurring series when adding resources, alongside six reliability fixes.

A focused release on making every booking type visible and actionable from one place, whether that is a room, a desk, or a locker delivery.

Platform

Delivery bookings now visible in the Today dashboard Delivery bookings appear in the day view alongside desk and room bookings. Tapping one opens a slideover where you can extend the delivery window, the locker itself is still opened via the mobile app.

Scan a QR code or NFC tag to open Find & Book instantly Scanning a resource tag now redirects to Find & Book with that resource pre-selected and ready to book. Each scan is reported via the reportAppLinkUsed cloud function. Unknown routes show a clean 404 page.

Booking control

Add a resource to one instance, the full series, or this and all upcoming When adding a resource to a recurring Outlook or Google event, a new scope dialog lets you choose whether the change applies to just this occurrence, the entire series, or this and all future instances.

Booking

Fine-tune booking times in 5-minute steps Manual time adjustments now move in 5-minute increments instead of 15, giving users more precise control when extending or shortening an active booking.

Web Admin 2.18.0

Groups Management, booking rule exceptions, and smarter admin tools

Awaio Web Admin 2.18.0 ships a fully new Groups Management interface under Members, extends booking rules with group-based confirmation exceptions and a participant flag, and makes admin notes visible directly in the booking list.

A substantial release for admins managing large or segmented workplaces, groups, rules, and annotations are now first-class tools rather than hidden settings.

Groups Management, a dedicated section under Members A new Groups tab under Members lets admins create and edit groups, add or remove members with validity periods, build group hierarchies, attach community shares, and control community visibility. The list view shows member and subgroup counts at a glance.

Booking control

Exempt specific groups from the booking confirmation step A new autoConfirmGroupIds field in booking rules lets admins designate groups whose members skip the confirmation step entirely, without affecting other users. Configured directly in the rule editor with a group picker.

Platform

Admin notes now visible in the booking list and editable on past bookings Internal admin notes appear as a column in the booking list view, not just in the detail panel. Admins can also add or edit notes on existing bookings, including historical ones.

Booking control

New allowParticipants flag in booking rules A new flag controls whether participants are allowed on a resource. It is shown as a column in the booking rule list and in the resource detail view. The default is to allow participants, the flag is set explicitly when participants should be blocked.

iOS 4.66.0

Lock access, battery life, and booking precision get a major lift

Awaio iOS 4.66.0 adds full multi-access support for Lock 605, introduces firmware 2.0.8 for Lock 603 with doubled battery life, and refines booking controls with more accurate start times and 5-minute time steps.

Built for teams running flexible workplaces at scale. The release combines broader hardware support with lower maintenance and a more reliable booking experience.

Awaio Lock 605 now supports full multi-access Users can unlock with Bluetooth, fingerprint, PIN code, or RFID from the same Awaio platform. Firmware 3.x is fully supported in the release.

Lock 603 firmware 2.0.8 can be installed from the iOS app The new firmware doubles battery life compared with earlier versions, which helps reduce maintenance work across larger locker deployments.

Booking control

Manual booking changes now support 5-minute steps Users get finer control when extending or shortening an active booking, instead of being limited to 15-minute intervals.

Reliability

Displayed booking times now match confirmed server times The createReservation response is used consistently across the flow, reducing mismatches between what users see and what is actually booked.
