Microsoft sign-in no longer forces you back to login A Conditional Access challenge from Microsoft was being treated as a failed session, signing users out even when their cached account could recover. The app now retries silently and keeps you signed in whenever Microsoft allows it.

New "Max power saving" mode for OL6xx smart locks A fourth Bluetooth advertisement interval joins Fast, Standard, and Power saving, doubling the interval again for locks where battery life matters most.

Settings: force a firmware update on an already up-to-date lock A new toggle in Settings lets you bypass the usual "already up to date" check for a firmware update, useful when reflashing or troubleshooting a lock in the field.

Lock reports now send accurate firmware version and battery percentage Lock status reports were sending incorrect firmware and battery readings. Reports now reflect the actual state of the device.

Locks Admin: refinements A notification badge now appears on the main menu and Locks tab whenever devices need a battery replaced or a firmware update. The device list moves the resource image and name to the front, battery entries expand to show exact voltage, and a new place filter narrows the list to a specific building or area.

Assign resources permanently An already-booked locker can now be converted to a permanent assignment directly from the bookings view, for a single booking or via multi-edit for several at once, so users stop getting repeated notifications that their booking is ending.

Device Admin: clear "Replace battery" and "Update firmware" statuses Lock statuses in the overview and device list are simplified to two clear, actionable states instead of raw technical values. Firmware and battery status is only updated from the mobile app, so admins are pointed there to complete the action.

Booked locks usage: track reminder history The booked locks usage report now shows a "Last reminded" column with a visual indicator during the 7-day cooldown. "Remind all" sends through a single batch call rather than looping per user.

Extend booking: maximum extension now counted from the booking end The available extension was previously calculated from the current moment, which shortened the window and gave an incorrect maximum. The calculation now starts from the booking's end time, so the offered extension matches what the resource actually allows.

Bluetooth connection stays active in the background The app now keeps the Bluetooth connection alive for 15 seconds after it moves to the background, so lock interactions finish sending logs and receiving unlock verification even if the app is closed right after unlocking.

Booking rules that disable participants now hide the controls If a booking rule has participants turned off, the app no longer shows buttons for adding or removing participants on those bookings.

Choose which mail app opens from email links Tapping an email link or a user's email address now lets you pick which mail app to use instead of always defaulting to one.

Delivery bookings now visible in the Today dashboard Delivery bookings appear in the day view alongside desk and room bookings. Tapping one opens a slideover where you can extend the delivery window, the locker itself is still opened via the mobile app.

Scan a QR code or NFC tag to open Find & Book instantly Scanning a resource tag now redirects to Find & Book with that resource pre-selected and ready to book. Each scan is reported via the reportAppLinkUsed cloud function. Unknown routes show a clean 404 page.
