At the heart of GoCo Health Innovation City in Mölndal, Mölnlycke Healthcare has opened its new global headquarters — a 16,000-square-meter state-of-the-art office designed to support a hybrid workforce of 800+ employees.

Driven by the mission to create a world-class headquarters that reflects their commitment to innovation, collaboration, and employee wellbeing,

Mölnlycke designed the new office from the ground up — tailored entirely to their needs. The new space includes a cutting-edge R&D facility, flexible collaboration areas, and an outstanding work environment built to inspire and support their people.

Hybrid work made easy — by design

Mölnlycke Healthcare’s office is built around the hybrid work model, giving employees the freedom to choose how and where they work. Instead of assigned desks, they’ve implemented a system that allows employees access their workspace on demand.

To further support connection and collaboration, each team has its own “hemvister” — dedicated home zones within the office that make it easy for team members to interact and stay connected when on site. This thoughtful setup ensures both flexibility and a sense of belonging.
