A former nightclub and restaurant, converted into a highly modern office. The Stuk Restaurant serves up amazing pizza around the corner.

Niclas is an entrepreneur with 20 years of experience from international businesses. Niclas has predominantly been working in the furniture industry and Smart Office, as Global Sales Manager and Business Strategist.

Niclas's favourite office sits just outside Borås, with nature right next door, there is an office that is shared with a few other companies. This office has many excellent solutions to the day-to-day working life, just a stone’s throw from my home.

How do I get started with Awaio?

It’s done in three steps: (1) Create your workplace community in the app, (2)add your meeting rooms, parking spaces or desks, (3)then invite users and start booking! You can also choose add-ons like integrations to Google or Microsoft Room Booking, add an Office map for easy way-finding, and order optional QR code signs or QR stickers.

Why should I share my workspace?

Today, office rent is one of the big expenses for many companies. Awaio uses existing office space and makes sure we manage buildings more efficiently, whilst creating the opportunity for companies to both save and make money. In addition, our social life is richer and our personal development increases, when we share.
